"Created for relationship, every human person is planned and willed by God to enter into communion with him, with others and with creation. Human dignity does not depend on a person’s abilities, wealth or position in life, nor on the right or wrong choices made; instead, it is a gift that precedes and transcends each person, endowed by God as an expression of his unfailing love." (Magnifica Humanitas, 50).

Today, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ.

In the Eucharist, Jesus gives us not just a symbol, but His true Body and Blood. Through this incredible gift, Christ remains with us, nourishes us, strengthens us, and draws us closer to Him.

As we partake in the Mass, may we never lose our awe for the beautiful gift of the Eucharist and the immense love poured out for us in every Mass.

Have you gotten the chance to read Pope Leo XIV's Magnifica Humanitas yet?

"Building for the common good means accepting the limits and weakness of humanity without considering them an error to be corrected. Today, the human desire for fullness of life is at risk of being misled by deceitful goals, such as the prospect of a technology that promises to free us from all weakness, and models of wellbeing that leave behind entire populations." (Magnifica Humanitas, 12).

Various Catholic dioceses across the United States have reported a surge in conversions this year, packed churches, and signs of a growing spiritual revival.

Bishop Andrew Cozzens believes we are "going to see it continue", pointing to public expressions of faith such as the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage and National Eucharistic Congress.

"People are not afraid to be a witness to their faith, not ashamed to be Catholic... we should feel very proud to be Catholics."

June is the Month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Next week on June 11, in honor of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the United States Declaration of Independence, U.S. bishops will consecrate our nation to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Starting tomorrow on June 3rd, we invite you to join the rest of the U.S. Church in praying a nine-day novena to the Sacred Heart, leading up to the consecration of our country.

You can find the novena here>> https://www.usccb.org/novena-sacred-heart-jesus

Today, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity — one God in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The Trinity is a mystery of perfect love, unity, and relationship. From the Father who created us, to the Son who saved us, to the Holy Spirit who guides and strengthens us each day, we are continually surrounded by God’s presence.

As we make the Sign of the Cross, may we remember that we are called to live in that same love — united with God and with one another.
