Pastor Adolfo Pichardo Jr. continued our Sharpened series by reminding us that not everything we call an attack is from the enemy… sometimes it’s God sharpening us for purpose.
We all want the edge, but few of us want the friction that creates it. The truth is that God often uses brokenness, burdens, and battles to shape us into who He’s called us to be.
One of the most powerful reminders was this: God is not breaking you down, He’s breaking you open. Some seasons may feel heavy, uncomfortable, and even painful, but God is using the pressure to reveal the treasure He placed inside of you all along.
And just because life has pressed you doesn’t mean it has defeated you.
📖 “We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed… We are knocked down, but not destroyed.” — 2 Corinthians 4:8-9
The battle isn’t always a sign that something is wrong. Sometimes it’s evidence that God refuses to let us grow dull.
This week’s challenge: Stop running from every difficult season and start asking God, “What are You trying to sharpen in me?”
Because God isn’t making you comfortable… He’s making you a blessing. 🔥⚔️
