๐ Hope in Action: Bridges to Hope Outreach
This week, Hope-Net Ministries joined community partners for the Bridges to Hope outreach, connecting with individuals living in homeless encampments throughout our area.
The outreach also marked the first deployment of Hope-Net's new Resource Trailerโa mobile space designed to meet people where they are. The trailer provides a place to cool off during extreme heat, warm up during cold weather, connect with local agencies, receive essential supplies, and access resources that can help individuals take their next steps toward stability.
Photos from the outreach show some of the items distributed, including hygiene products and sleeping mats handcrafted from recycled plastic bags by community volunteers.
We were honored to serve alongside our partner, Taking It to the Streets, whose food trailer provided meals and fellowship throughout the outreach. Thank you also to the Council Bluffs Police Department and the many agencies and volunteers who worked together to make this effort possible.
Real change happens through collaboration. Together, we're building relationships, providing practical support, and bringing hope directly into the community.
