The U.S. permanent diaconate has reached a record size — but retirements and deaths are nearly matching new ordinations.

The future of the Catholic church is bright with the increasing number of faithful men answering the call to serve.

Pray for our deacons, and pray that more faithful men answer God's call. 🙏

Jun 22-26: Vacation Bible School at CEC, 9-12 noon
Jun 22: “Name & Tame” Catholic Workshop, at St. Mary’s for this final class, 7 pm.
Jun 24: Patriotic Rosary, 4 pm, St. Mary’s Church, with Eucharistic Adoration 4-6 pm.
Jun 25: Holy Hour at St. Anthony, 6:30-7:30 pm
Jun 26: Mass for VBS, at CEC, 9:30 am
Jun 28: Celebrate Father Paul’s anniversary with us with a picnic in Cottonwood City Park
