LET'S HAVE A CELEBRATION!
What a joyful time we shared at our VBS Worship Celebration! Throughout the week, our children learned about God's love through Bible stories, worship, games, crafts, and more, and on Sunday they joyfully shared their songs with the church. One of the highlights of the week was the children's generosity as they raised $258 for missions, helping support seminary students around the world. Following the service, families and friends enjoyed ice cream sundaes and a special Rainforest Animal Encounter in the Mall. Thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated, prayed, and participated in making Rainforest Falls VBS such a meaningful and memorable week!

SUMMER FUN: BUNCO NIGHT
Join us on Saturday, June 20th at 5:00 PM in Fellowship Hall for an evening of laughter, fellowship, and friendly competition at our Summer Fun: Bunco Night! Whether you’re a seasoned Bunco player or have never played before, everyone is welcome. It’s a great opportunity to connect with friends, meet new people, and enjoy a fun summer evening together.

Help us support our neighbors in need by donating men’s clothing/shoes, along with new men’s socks and underwear for local outreach ministries serving the downtown Corpus Christi area, including The Station Church and Dismas Charities. These essential items are always in high demand and make a meaningful difference for those experiencing hardship. Donations may be dropped off in the church front office. Thank you for helping us share God’s love through this simple act of generosity and care.

This summer, we are excited to partner with Robstown Young Futures to help prepare students in the Robstown and surrounding area communities for a successful school year. Together, we will provide 300 backpacks filled with much-needed school supplies for local students. Thanks to a grant from Methodist Healthcare Ministries, the backpacks and games for the event have already been purchased. Now our church family has the opportunity to help fill those backpacks with the supplies students need to start the school year strong. Our goal is to raise $1,500 to purchase school supplies. You can give online by selecting “Specials, then Backpacks” from the giving menu.

We also need volunteers! Grace will be responsible for staffing the Kids Fun Zone during the community event on July 23rd from 5:00–8:00 pm. (This includes setup, manning, and breakdown of games.) If you would like to help serve at this event, please email [email protected].

Youth camper early bird registration is $300
Adult camper early Bird registration $250
Early Bird ends on June 21, 2026, or when capacity is reached.
After June 22, 2026, registration is $400 for adults and Youth and does not guarantee a camp t-shirt.

COMBINED WORSHIP & SUNDAES ON SUNDAY
Join us Sunday, June 14th, at our combined worship service at 10:00 AM as we celebrate the incredible week we’re sure to have at Rainforest Falls VBS! Our children will share songs they learned throughout the week, and you won’t want to miss the exciting LIVE rainforest experience! Following worship, stay for Sundaes on Sunday in the Mall along with the opportunity to get up close and personal with some live animals. Come celebrate all God is doing in our Children’s Ministry!
