🗣March is Women’s History Month, and while we celebrate the achievements of women, many women in leadership today are also carrying a lot. Alot😭💔

We are leading teams.
Serving our communities.
Supporting families.
Navigating uncertainty in the world around us.

Between global tension, economic pressures, and the everyday demands of leadership and marriage, many women are asking a quiet question:

“Where do I go to breathe?”

That question inspired this gathering.

On March 29 at 7:00 PM, I’m creating a space called “Enter the Group Chat.”

A reflective community conversation for women in leadership who are married and seeking rest, clarity, and wholeness. This is not another meeting where you have to perform or present.

It’s a space to:

✨ Pause and breathe
✨ Connect with like-minded women
✨ Share honestly about leadership and marriage
✨ Gain perspective and clarity
✨ Be reminded that you are not navigating this season alone

During a time when the world can feel heavy and leadership can feel isolating, community matters.

Is your marriage magnificent, meh, or a hot mess?

Women in leadership typically have to learn how to effectively balance themselves and their leadership journey to be effective at their jobs and in their businesses.

Over the last twenty years, I have worked with thousands of women and surveyed several hundred, I found that women desperately desired balance. And the strategy used by the majority of these women was prayer. That did not surprise me one bit!

Prayer can bring clarity, calmness and even a sense of purpose to daily chaos. Influential women do a pretty good job with strategy in leadership and business the majority of the time. Where they struggled was how to prioritize their marriage, intimacy, and fully show up in their careers and businesses without resenting their husbands. Or, feeling like they can't have their marriage and make money too.

Real Talk, as a woman in leadership, I know I fell flat on my face in this area many times. Until I learned some fail-proof and divorce- proof strategies.

Listen, you don't have to have a "meh" or a "hot mess" marriage while fake smiling on pictures and social media posts. Trust me it ain't fun. You can have balance, you can lead with authenticity, and you can have that magnificent marriage that you dreamed of when you said, "I do."
