IT’S SUNDAY MORNING — LET’S GO TO CHURCH!

Why Church?

That’s the question we’ve been walking through in our current series, and today we’re continuing to look at why the church matters and what it means for us to be the body of Christ.

The church is more than a building we meet in on Sunday. We are the church. We are the body of Christ. Every person has a place. Every person has a purpose. Every member matters.

And there’s something powerful that happens when God’s people come together.

So wherever you are this morning, I want to personally invite you to come worship with us at Barton Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.

If you’ve been coming every Sunday, we’ll see you in the house.

If you’ve been away for a while, come back home.

If you’ve never been, come give us a chance.

Come expecting God to speak. Come ready to worship. Come ready to hear the Word. Come ready to be encouraged.

The doors are open, and we’re ready to worship.

Let’s get up, get the family together, and GO TO CHURCH!

Our church family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Brother Garrett and his wife, Sis. Maggie, and Loretta Jent for being part of our Homecoming service. We are so grateful for the message that was shared and for the beautiful worship that led us into God’s presence.

Thank you for answering God’s call and using your gifts to bless our congregation. Your faithfulness, encouragement, and servant hearts made our Homecoming celebration even more special. We pray that God richly blesses each of you and continues to use you in a mighty way for His glory.
