From it's beginning in October of 1996, the story of Immanuel is truly a testimony to our name -- Immanuel means "God with us." In fact, if God had not been with us, this local church would have ceased to exist. Not unlike the people who gather each week at Immanuel to worship, the church's story is one of brokenness, restoration, forgiveness and healing. If you're searching for the perfect church

, Immanuel is not it, but by God's grace, we're on a journey together toward becoming what He intends for us to become--a reflection of His amazing love and mercy to those who are attempting to live without Him. We're one church in three locations - Corbin, Richmond and Williamsburg.

This Sunday is the 5th Sunday of the month, and that means it's a family worship Sunday! All IBCKids from 1st-5th grade will join us during the 11:00am service
to sit with their families for worship in the auditorium.

“I would encourage them to take the step and get involved, even if they feel unsure or feel like they do not have much to offer. God can use anyone who is willing to serve.”
