Evening update on Nicaragua Team: They have completed work for today and are enjoying dinner together. No doubt some rest is in order. Tomorrow they'll start laying the blocks. One of the traditions that was begun on last year's Antigua trip was putting a Grace on the Hill coin (made by Matt Ragsdale) in the foundation of the churches we build. Below is a great picture of this year's coin going in with a lot of prayer to boot. Please continue to pray for the team!!!

We are in need of some extra hands for the food pantry tomorrow! If you can help between 9:30am and 12 noon, please come to the pantry office. The bulk of what will be needed is loading cars. This would be a great job for teens who are out of school and it will make a big difference. A great way to serve!!!

Parking Lot Greeters Needed! We recently launched our Parking Lot Greeters Team and we need to expand it to help create a welcoming culture for people as they pull into our parking lots. This team not only welcomes people, but also directs guests to entrances so that their experience with us is both welcoming and memorable. This is a great way to serve on a rotation 1 or 2 times a month. Would you prayerfully consider serving on this team? Let's do our best to make our church a welcoming place for all who come to worship!

After a bit of a curveball, the Nicaragua team will arrive Sunday morning in Managua, Nicaragua after a layover in Miami this evening. Please continue to pray for them and their safe arrival.

June is the month when we send out two Mission Teams to share the message of Jesus regionally and nationally!!! Please pray for our Nicaragua Mission Team who will travel June 6-13. This team will be building a church which is part of a church planting plan to build 100 churches in Nicaragua. Thanks to the church family for raising the funds for the materials and for supporting the team! The second team going out is our Youth Mission Team. Grace on the Hill has a long standing tradition of sending out our Youth to do various projects in the U.S. This year they are traveling to Knoxville and will be building ramps and other projects to help people. They'll share Jesus as they do construction work. Another dynamic of this trip is that Pastor Luke will be preaching each night to all of the teams who are part of this Missions effort which includes other churches from throughout the U.S. Our Praise Team will also be leading Worship at the evening sessions. The Youth Mission Trip is June 20-27. Please be in prayer for all of those on the teams, for safe travel, and most importantly that they would see people come to Jesus!!!
