In 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 Paul compares the Christian life to a race and calls us to run it well with purpose in every step.

Part of running the race well for God takes building spiritual habits; this series will walk us through six critical spiritual disciplines to help us grow in our relationship with Jesus.

Week 1: H - Hanging Out with God
Week 2: A - Accountability
Week 3: B - Bible Study
Week 4: I - Involvement in Church
Week 5: T - Tithing
Week 6: S - Sacraments

Come join us at The Refuge Youth as we jump into this new series learning spiritual disciplines that will help us grow in our relationship with Jesus and ultimately run our race well.

We started a three-part series looking into some of the Christmas stories and how God can move in the middle of different situations, like chaos, pain, and uncertainty.

Last week we talked about how Joseph could have peace in the middle of chaos because he was a righteous man that had faith in God.

This week we will be talking about how with Jesus we can still find joy in the middle of our pain. Are you going through some painful times in your life? Come see how Joy is still possible in those painful moments through a relationship with Jesus.

Next week we'll be talking about how Jesus offers hope in the mist uncertainty.
