The holidays can be exceptionally difficult for people who are grieving the loss of a loved one, and GriefShare.org is a source of practical and compassionate help.
Those near Cooper, Tx might be interested in attending an upcoming GriefShare Surviving the holidays 2-hour seminar. We welcome you with light refreshments, and then watch a 35-minute video. Next, we break up into small groups to discuss reactions to the video (or simply listen: there is no pressure to talk if you don't want to). You will receive a Holiday Survival Guide with tips on how to navigate the season, and you will connect with a community of people who know what it's like to walk through the holidays in grief.
