This verse reminds you that spiritual growth isn’t instant — it’s a journey of being changed little by little as you stay in God’s presence. The more you look to Him, the more His character begins to shape yours. You don’t transform yourself; the Spirit does the work in you. Every moment you choose grace over anger, peace over worry, or obedience over fear, you are moving from one level of glory to the next. God is not finished with you. There are days when your energy runs out long before the day does. When your mind feels tired, your heart feels stretched, and your body feels worn. God sees that.
