Update from Paula, Keep praying!

Kidney specialist just came in. Said happy with results - not way off from baseline. From his standpoint may be able to go home in another couple of days. That's assuming lungs get back at or near base. Machine doing a lot of breathing for him but it has gone down so hopefully it will get back to base in day or two as well. The high flow machine helps push oxygen to the organs. All in all, looking pretty good now. We love ya'll.

Update from Paula on Ronnie

Hosp doc just came in. Going to do another CT of lungs. Oxygen still at 8 litters. They have called in Dr Holmes (our lung specialist). Checking for pneumonia. No noted sepsis, kidneys continue to improve, etc. Looks like another day or two here. Ronnie doing well with it all. We love you. Thankful to God for such a church family.

Just want to take a minute and thank God for hearing our prayers and thank the church for praying for me. That wall of prayer sure did make a difference. Love you all.

Update 8/31/26
Good Doctor appt. He removed the blood clots and packed everything with gauze. It has to be changed every 6 to 8 hours. It is healing but slow due to the stitches busting open. Keep it dry and clean and all should be fine. Still no lifting or straining but I can drive. God is good and he heard our prayers! Love yall
