Grateful for those that came and enjoyed the donuts with dads. Thankful for the young people that made Children’s Church today. Thanks to Mrs Lisa for the special on this Father’s Day. Mrs Diane made sure the men left with something to remember this Father’s Day. There was a message about the Prodigal’s Father. A father Jesus used as an example for us to follow. A father that was approachable, a father that was forgiving, a father that was loving and a father that never ran out of love. Fathers teach your children about Jesus let them know Jesus does not run out of love. That He will stick closer than a brother. God is good.

Just a reminder Sunday is Father’s Day and we will be celebrating it beginning at 9:30 with donuts for dads. Come and enjoy some donuts with the family as we honor the fathers on this special day. Hope to see you there.

Thanks to Mrs Lisa for the special. Very good job. Thanks to those responsible for bringing the young people for Children’s Church. Their lesson was Jesus feeding the thousands. The message for the adults was Pilate’s Question. Next Sunday is Father’s Day will you join us early as we celebrate Father’s Day with donuts with dads. Big are small we take them all. Thank you Mrs Lisa for the special Love Came Calling. Then a message about A Lady To Remember. VBS is coming up will you join us as we share the Good News about about Christ. If you cannot make it will you pray for us that we, by sharing the Good News, will make a difference in the lives of the young people that come. Thank you and God bless.

Only two for Children’s Church today but they were sent out two by two so that’s okay. Then a special for which we are thankful. Followed by a sermon on Christ after Communion. Followed by Communion which should encourage every Christian to draw close to Christ and give thanks for the blood that was shed to free us from the penalty of sin if we chose Christ. A side note was privileged to be a part of the wedding of our grandson last night. May the Lord bless this union as these two begin a life together. God is good.

Thanks for the young people that attended Children’s Church today and to Wendy for the special. Then a message about Lot’s wife who is in the Bible without a name. I do not believe her name is in the Lamb’s Book of Life either. She had plenty of this world’s goods but they perished with her. She lost not only her possessions but her soul also. Do not let this happen to you God saves those that desire to be saved. What about you? God is good. We took time to remember those that went off to defend this great nation and did not come home. Let us say thank you to them for a job well done. To the families thank you for the sacrifice made by your loved ones that we might be free. Have a blessed day.

Some of the activities of the day. There was muffins with mothers and then gifts for the mothers. Then the young ones off to Children’s Church to learn that mothers are gems. Thanks to Mrs Lisa for the special before a message on a priceless Mother. Thank the Lord for godly mother for they are priceless. God is good.

Glad to have two boys in Children’s Church today. We could use at least four more boys in Children’s Church. Lucas and Wyatt would be glad to have some more boys then they wouldn’t be out numbered so bad. Mr Jordan has to travel about an hour and he has not been working. So he will not be able to worship with us for a while. Pray that he might be able to find some work. Then a message on Chose Life a decision that will make a difference where you spend eternity. Have you made the choice yet. God is good in that He has made a way for us to go to Heaven. The way to Heaven is through Jesus and He is the only way. Have a good week. Thankful for the Children’s Church group and leaders that will teach. Today’s lesson was on sowing seed. That’s what all of us need to do. For the adults is was a message on if it was My last Sermon. On May 10 we will celebrate Mothers Day from 9:30 until 10:30 with muffins for Mothers will join us as we celebrate Mothers Day. Usually a very unthankful job. What goes on in your house is a whole lot more important than what goes on in the White House. Mothers thank you for what you do. Thanks for a job well done.
