Big and small young and old preparing Christmas Shoe Boxes. Thankful for those that came and helped. The pizzas wasn’t bad along with the joy of helping someone have a bright Christmas and hopefully coming to know the reason for Christmas. May they accomplish what they are designed for

Than you for the young people that will come to Children’s Church and for those that will teach them. It is a blessing to a pastor to see young people in Church. This being Pastor Appreciation Month Mrs Diane was given a bouquet of flowers. We were also given a meal prepared and delivered. It was delicious maybe we can extend Pastor Appreciation Month for another month. Then Wendy brought our special music this morning. Then a message on What is Your Soul Worth. We found out nothing is this world can get us into Heaven. Only the blood of Christ can deliver that. It has been a very good day for God is good.

Thankful for the teachers that are teaching the Church of tomorrow. Let me encourage you teachers to pray for the Church of tomorrow and teach them about the Jesus as I know you will. Thankful for those we were able to baptize today. Dawson Procell, Gilbert Procell and Brenda Procell. Praying they will be of a great asset to the Church. There was a message concerning What the Christian Life Should Be. God has given us what we need to live the Christian life let us take and use what God has given us for the good of the Church.

Thankful once again for the young Church being in Church today. Thankful also for the gift from the Children’s Church group and their presentation for Pastor appreciation month. Bro Lonnie Smith was the guest speaker this morning. With it being Pastor appreciation month he also received a gift and there was one for his wife also. Thanks to Mrs Lisa and Mrs Sara for their special. They sung Love Came Calling and done a great job. Then Bro Lonnie brought a message on God has a Plan. Thanks for filling in and giving me the day off. God is good.@

It was a great homecoming. We had some in Children’s Church that someday will be in charge of planning a homecoming. They will do a great job. Thanks to Wendy and Mrs Sara and Mrs Lisa for the specials we had today. Bro Brian Jennings was the preacher for the day. Bringing a message from Acts chapter 9 and the grace that changed Saul of Tarsus to Paul the apostle. The same grace that has changed all that have been changed. That was followed by the best meal prepared by the best cooks in the country. God topped it off with a good rain that was very much needed and very much appreciated. God is good.

Just a reminder tomorrow Oct 4th there will be no Sunday School due to us celebrating Homecoming. We will gather starting at 10:00 am or before for some fellowship and something to snack on while we visit. Then we will gather in the sanctuary for some singing and honoring of pastors and their wives. Remembering that October is pastor appreciation month. We will also remember those that have gathered with us before but are no longer with us for they have beat us home. Remembering them and their contributions for we are where we are because of them. There will be some singing and some fine preaching by Bro. Brian Jennings afterwards we will gather again in the fellowship hall for some of the best food prepared by the best cooks in the country. As we disperse and journey home we pray for a safe trip and should the Lord tarry we hope to see you next year. God is good.

Thanks to those that came for Children’s Church and begin a ten week study on the Lord’s Prayer. They receive an offering in Children’s Church the same as in big Church. We all need training in the worship of the Lord in all ways. Thanks again to Mrs Lisa and Mrs Sara for the special. Jaxon shared his story in our time of my story God’s glory. It was an excellent job done by a fine young man. Then a message of is the Devil real. And yes the Bible says he is for real. Join us next Sunday, Oct 4 th, for Homecoming at 10:00 for breakfast and fellowship. Then at 11:00 for singing and some good old fashioned preaching. Bro Brian Jennings will be speaking. Closing out the day with dinner on the ground. Hope to see you here. God is good.

Come one r come all we will take them all. Greatful for all that will come and learn of Christ and His saving grace. Thanks to Mrs Lisa and Gods amazing grace my chains are gone. Then a message on Is Hell A Real Place and yes it is according to Gods Word. God is good.

Thankful for those young ones that came for Children’s Church today for they will be the leaders in the Church of tomorrow. Bro Darrell Jordan who we have not seen in a while came today and sung a special and we are thankful for him and his special. Thanks go out to Mrs Jeanine Ford and Mrs Vanessa Birdwell and the presentation for Samaritans Purse and the shoe box program used to reach young people. Thankful for people that will give of their time to go and challenge people to give so that others can go and share the Good News. Then a message on Who the Holy Spirit is and What He Does. God is good.

Today was special for we had the Roberson’s with us. They brought the Word in music and then a message from the book of Luke. We at Henrietta would recommend them for your Church. All was good then dinner on the ground. We have some of the best cooks in the country. Tonight we are having Navajo tacos. Some friends came in from the Navajo nation for a visit and we talked them into making the tacos. God is good. Making Navajo tacos they are good to the bone. Try them you will like them. We also had a Navajo quartet that gave us a song in Navajo and then in English. Before the meal a message from a Navajo preacher. Yesterday was a good day thanks to a God that is good all the time.
