Day 3 Loading

Day 2 of VBS at Missionary has been so inspiring. To see our youth’s excitement and recall of the lessons taught is heart warming. The adult class dialogue and fellowship has been awesome. Come join us.

Today, I want you to think about something simple… a kaleidoscope.

You know, when you look through it, you see all those beautiful colors and patterns. Every time you turn it, something new appears—something unique, something amazing.

But here’s the thing…
Those beautiful images are made from broken pieces of glass.

By themselves, those pieces don’t look like much. They may even seem messy or out of place.

But when the light shines through them……..everything changes!!!!🥳😍

That’s exactly what God does with us!!!

Sometimes life feels like a bunch of broken pieces—
our mistakes, our struggles, our disappointments…….. 🥹

But God doesn’t throw those pieces away. Instead, He shines His light through them and creates something beautiful!!🥳🥳🥳

The Bible tells us in Psalm 119:105:
“Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.”

That means God’s Word helps guide us.
It lights the way when we don’t know where to go.

So here’s the question…
What happens when we let Jesus be the light in our lives?

✨ Darkness becomes light!!
✨ Confusion becomes clarity!!
✨ Brokenness becomes purpose!!

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to have it all together.

Just come to Jesus as you are!!!!

Let Him shine His light through your life
and watch how He turns your story into something beautiful.

At MUBC’s Illumination Station, we are reminded that we are not just pieces…
We are a masterpiece when God’s light shines through us.✨

Let your light shine this week,
and let others see the beauty of Christ in you.

VBS at Missionary Union got off to a great start. Our theme for the week is Illumination Station, which seeks to teach the youth and adult classes alike that Jesus is the Light of the World. John 8:12
