Summer Conversations ☀️💬

All summer long, we've been asking questions designed to spark meaningful conversations about faith with family, friends, spouses, children, grandchildren, and fellow believers.

Now we'd love to hear from you!

How did Summer Conversations go? What question led to the best discussion? What did you learn? Was there a story, memory, or faith conversation that stood out?

Share your highlights in the comments below. Your story may encourage someone else to continue having faith conversations long after summer has ended. ❤️

Thank you for making this a summer of intentional conversations and growing faith.

Holiness isn't just about following rules—it's about becoming a blessing! 🌟 When we hold onto anger and greed, we can't bless the people around us. But when we choose patience, mercy, and kindness, we bring the light of Jesus into the places we go.

🤝 How can you be a blessing to someone today?

And we’d love to see you tomorrow! Join us Sunday, September 6, for ONE service at 10:30am, as kids, students, and adults come together for an all-generations worship service. Whether FCC is your church home or you’re looking for a place to worship, there’s a place for you!

Are you showing the world that you belong to a better day? 🌅 The word 'Kairos' means the fullness of time. Right now, in this specific time, you are called to represent the beauty, holiness, and enduring hope of God's kingdom to everyone around you. Let your life be the evidence that points someone else to Jesus! How will you shine His light today? ✨

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the chaos of this world? 🌊 In the Bible, the sea often represents terror and evil. But there is a day coming when all that chaos, pain, and sorrow will be completely wiped away! We represent a kingdom where peace reigns and corruption is no more. What are you most looking forward to in the new creation? 🕊️

Why can believers face the future without fear? 🌅 Because our hope isn't based on wishful thinking, it's grounded in an empty tomb! Jesus has already defeated the grave, meaning a better day is guaranteed for all who trust in Him. When that hope is alive inside of us, it changes everything. Who needs to hear this good news today? 🙌

Eternity isn't a private island getaway! 🏝️ When God describes His future kingdom, He talks about dwelling with His 'people'—plural! We were designed for community with God and with each other. If that's what eternity looks like, shouldn't we be prioritizing true fellowship right now? Who are you doing life with today? 👥

Following Jesus doesn't mean we won't face hard times. 🌧️ We still experience sickness, loss, and grief just like everyone else. But what makes us different? We are immune to hopelessness. Even in our deepest sorrow, we have an anchor for our souls and a promise for our future. How does having hope change the way you face difficult seasons? ❤️‍🩹

Summer Conversations ☀️💬

Weekly Question:

Has there ever been a time when you were convinced of God's leading or direction in your life? Explain.

Many of us can look back and see moments when God clearly opened a door, provided direction, or confirmed a next step.

As we wrap up our final Summer Conversations question, take time to share those stories together and celebrate God's faithfulness along the journey.

Thank you for joining us this summer as we've made faith-filled conversations a priority. ❤️
