Sacred Heart Youth Group would like to thank our parish family for supporting our fundraising efforts. Our Youth Retreat to Abiquiu, NM over Memorial weekend was full of amazing lessons inspired by the Holy Spirit, quiet time for reflection, Stations of the Cross followed by Vespers with the monks at the Monastery, and lots of fun and laughter.

Happy New Month of June to Our Parish Family and Friends!

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Welcome to the beautiful month of June! May this new month bring you and your loved ones abundant blessings, good health, peace, and the loving grace of God.

June is a very special month in the life of the Church, filled with great celebrations of our faith.

On June 7th, we joyfully celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi). We will gather for our Corpus Christi Procession through the city of Clovis, publicly witnessing our faith in Jesus Christ truly present in the Holy Eucharist. Come and join us as we honor Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament.

On June 14th, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the feast day of our parish. We are excited to celebrate the Heart of Jesus—the Heart of Love, Mercy, Compassion, and Forgiveness. We warmly invite everyone to join us for this joyful parish feast as we honor the Sacred Heart that never ceases to love us.

On June 24th, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist, the great prophet who prepared the way for the Lord.

On June 29th, we celebrate the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, two pillars of the Church whose faith, courage, and sacrifice continue to inspire us today.

As we journey through this blessed month. May the Sacred Heart of Jesus draw us closer to Him, strengthen our families, and fill our parish community with joy.

May God bless each one of you throughout this month, and may we not only celebrate these sacred feasts but also be celebrated by God's goodness and love in our lives.

Thank you Mrs. Toni for always putting in the extra work to make our church celebrations beautiful. A lot of the behind the scenes is Mrs. Toni decorating and cleaning up for events all year long. She truly uses all her gifts for God!

Also thanks to all the helpers who volunteered to decorate and set up.
First Holy Communion-our fabulous 1st Grade CCD class put table decorations together. The 5th Grade CCD class put the table clothes, chair covers, bows on chairs. We thank the CCD teachers who also helped and spent time to make our sacrament celebrations beautiful!
