❤️ Congratulations, Steven & Christian! ❤️

Today, we celebrate Steven and Christian as they are initiated as deacons of Edgemoor Baptist Church.

Being called to serve as a deacon is more than accepting a title or taking on a responsibility. It is a commitment to serve God, to love His people, and to faithfully follow where He leads. It is a calling that requires humility, compassion, wisdom, and a servant’s heart.

Steven and Christian, we are so thankful for your willingness to answer that call. We pray that God will strengthen you, give you wisdom when you need it, patience when the road is difficult, and hearts that always remain focused on Him.

May you be men who not only serve within the walls of our church, but who also reflect Christ in your homes, in your community, and wherever God places you. May your lives and your service be a testimony to the love and grace of our Lord.
