North Cleveland Baptist Church was founded in 1937 and has been a beacon of hope for the community of Bradley County ever since. As the church of Jesus we are committed to loving the Lord, loving each other, and sacrificially serving the community around us. From engaging and uplifting sermons to inspiring worship, and from a committed children's ministry to a thriving youth group, North Cleveland strives to be a multi-generation family of followers of Jesus. It Starts With You!

An incredible night of fellowship, encouragement, and a powerful challenge at Men's Monday Night!

A HUGE thank you to our guest speaker, Derek Altom, for reminding us of a responsibility we cannot afford to overlook—passing our faith on to the next generation!

Think about it. An entire generation witnessed the mighty works of God. They saw the walls of Jericho fall! Yet Judges 2:10 tells us that another generation grew up who did not know the Lord or what He had done for Israel.

May that NEVER be said of the generation coming behind us!

We have a responsibility to tell them who God is, what He has done, and how great He is. Not just with our words, but with the way we live!

We cannot let the next generation grow up without knowing the greatness of our God. NOT ON OUR WATCH!

TRUNK OR TREAT 2026

We loved seeing so many families from our church and community come together for an evening of fun!

A HUGE thank you to all our incredible volunteers who decorated trunks, helped with registration, kept candy buckets filled, served food, and took care of the countless behind-the-scenes details that made this night possible! We couldn't have done it without you!

More than just a night of candy and costumes, Trunk or Treat is about bringing our community together, building connections, and sharing the love of Jesus with our neighbors. We're so thankful for every family who joined us and for the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful community!

40 Years of Faithful Leadership

Forty years with one pastor is something truly special, and we are so grateful to celebrate this incredible milestone with Dr. Jay!

For four decades, he has faithfully shepherded our church family, leading with grace, wisdom, humility, and a servant’s heart. He has never been a pastor who simply leads from the pulpit, but one who leads by example—always willing to roll up his sleeves, fix a toilet, lend a hand, or do whatever needs to be done.

Through every season, Dr. Jay has shown us what it looks like to love people well, serve faithfully, and lead with Christ at the center.

These pictures capture just a glimpse of our celebration, but 40 years of ministry represents countless lives touched, prayers prayed, and seeds of faith planted.

Dr. Jay, thank you for loving, leading, and serving our church family so faithfully. What a blessing it is to call you our pastor!
