Heavenly Father,

As I prepare for sleep, I release the day into Your hands and rest in Your protection.

Your Word promises:

"He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge." — Psalm 91:4

Thank You for Your constant care today. I lay down every worry, trusting that You are already taking care of tomorrow. Forgive my mistakes, quiet my thoughts, and fill my home with Your peace.

Guard my sleep, protect my loved ones, and renew my strength through the night.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

May 31, 2026 is Trinity Sunday, the first Sunday after Pentecost. We celebrate our union and relationship with God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

As Jesus prepared his disciples for his departure, he acknowledged their grief but assured them they would not be left alone. He promised to send the Holy Spirit, our Advocate, Comforter, and Guide (John 16:5–7).

On Trinity Sunday, we remember that through the Holy Spirit, God's presence remains with us. The Spirit deepens our understanding of the triune God and empowers us to share God's love and grace with others.

Join us this Sunday to hear more about God's loving relationship with humanity and how the Father, Son, and Spirit continue to work in our lives today.

Lord, before the noise of the day takes over, I come to You for peace. Please quiet any anxious thoughts about what lies ahead. I hand over my worries, my deadlines, and my stressors to You. Wrap Your peace around my heart and mind like a shield, so that I can move through this day with a calm spirit and a steady focus. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

As this day comes to an end, I step into Your presence to find quiet and rest.

Your Word reminds me:

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28

I surrender the busyness, the worries, and the unfinished tasks of today into Your hands. Forgive my shortcomings, and heal any exhaustion in my spirit.

Please quiet my mind and shield my heart with Your peace. Watch over my loved ones tonight and grant me deep, restorative sleep so I can rise refreshed to serve You tomorrow.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Father God, I begin this day with gratitude and praise. Thank You for Your mercy that is new every morning. Open doors that align with Your will and give me discernment in every decision. Help me to be kind, faithful, and steadfast no matter what comes my way. Let my words and actions honor You today. Amen.
