In a heavenly vision, God called Isaiah, and he said: "Here am I! Send me!" By the shores of Galilee, Jesus called fishermen fishing and mending their nets, and they left everything and called him! What do these very different call stories tell us about how we should respond to God? Join us this Sunday at 8am or 10:30am for the first of our September sermon series on the book of Isaiah! Join us also for the sacrament of the Lord's Supper.

"Do whatever he tells you." Mary said at the wedding in Cana. Through their obedience and trust, Jesus turned water into wine. Ever afterwards, Mary's words have been the "watchword" of Christian discipleship: "Do whatever he tells you." What does it mean to trust and obey the Lord who loves us so well? What does it mean to abide in the vine that is Christ Jesus? Join us at 8am or 10:30am this Sunday to learn more! And then join us after the 10:30 service for the Homecoming potluck luncheon in Westminster Hall.
