How do we keep standing when our faith is under pressure?

This Sunday, we will open Ephesians 6:10-20 and look at the armor of God. When life feels heavy and faith feels tested, Scripture reminds us that God equips His people to stand firm in Jesus.

Truth. Righteousness. Faith. Salvation. The Word of God.

These are more than words. They are gifts from the Lord for the battles we face every day.

This Sunday (May 31, 2026) we seek help for the spiritual opposition we face. We acknowledge we struggle against the devil and the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Thankfully, our Lord has empowered us with a spiritual armor For the Defense of Your Faith. From the image of a Roman soldier, the Lord inspired the Apostle Paul to describe different pieces of our spiritual armor for our struggle against the devil and all his works. The full armor of God allows to fearlessly stand tall and firm for Jesus every day.

🎓 Graduation season is HERE. And we could not be more excited!
We are celebrating our own Clayton Methodist Church graduates today, but we also want to take a moment to honor EVERY graduate this season. Whether you are walking across a stage this week or cheering someone on from the crowd, this is a moment worth celebrating.

Come, Holy Spirit.

This Sunday on Pentecost, we remember the gift of the Holy Spirit poured out on the followers of Jesus. The same Spirit who filled the early church still empowers us today to worship passionately, love extravagantly, and witness boldly.

May our hearts be open to God’s presence. May our lives point to Jesus. May we go into the world with courage, grace, and hope.

Join us as we worship together and celebrate the Spirit at work among us.

This Sunday (May 24, 2026) we conclude our Birthmarks sermon series with a message entitled The Birthmarks of Conduct. We are called to be living representations of the living Christ. This is the work of the Holy Spirit to diminish our sinful conduct and empower a right living in the Jesus Way. By this, everyone will know you have been born again!
