Last Sunday at our annual Marian Procession, to open the final day of Cincitalia! The Cincinnati Italian Festival, we had a beautiful prayer service and litany to honor our Holy Mother. Thank you to our First Communicants and those recently initiated into the Church who helped us celebrate this special tradition! Thank you to Fr. Matt and Fr. Tony who led us in prayer!

Come celebrate Dn. Nick’s Ordination at St. Martin of Tours Church during a Mass of Thanksgiving, May 17 at 1:00pm.

Join the Archdiocese of Cincinnati in a 9-day novena for the nine men who will be ordained to the priesthood on Saturday, May 16. Each day, we’ll pray through the intercession of St. John Vianney, patron saint of parish priests. 🙏 Today we are praying for Deacon Nick Emmerling! Deacon Nick is the oldest of eight children from a devout Catholic family. He grew up on Cincinnati's west side, near St. Ignatius Church. He inherited a love of cooking from his parents and enjoys cooking for others.

God our Father, through the intercession of St. John Vianney, patron saint of parish priests, we ask for Your abundant graces poured upon Deacon Nick Emmerling whom you have called to the service of the people of God and chosen for the priesthood of Jesus Christ. May he faithfully exercise the sacred duty of teaching in the name of Christ the Teacher. Amen.

On the feast of St. Catherine of Siena, we honor this 14th-century lay Dominican and Doctor of the Church, known for her deep holiness, service to the poor, and guidance to the Church.⁣
Here in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, St. Catharine of Siena Parish and School continue that legacy, forming students and families in the faith and serving the local community.⁣
St. Catherine of Siena, pray for us.

On Sunday, April 26 at 3:00 PM at St. Catharine of Siena Church, we welcome Brenda Portman in recital.
This program brings together cornerstone works of the organ repertoire—chorale preludes by Johann Sebastian Bach and the dramatic Fantasy in F minor by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart—alongside music of our own time.
Dr. Portman will perform several of her own compositions and includes music by Rachel Laurin, offering a rich and varied musical journey across styles and eras.
For more information about Dr. Portman and her work, visit https://brendaportman.com/
