Last night we learned that God is RULER.
God is the same in the Old Testament as He is in the New Testament, He was and is and always will be in charge!!

And one called to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory!”
Isaiah 6:3

We will kick off our new series this coming Sunday entitled: A Healthy Church. This Sunday's message is "A Healthy Church is Gospel-Centered." We will look at 1 Corinthians 15:1–4 and 1 Timothy 1:12–17.

A healthy church is centered on the gospel in its message, its identity, and its mission.... A healthy church refuses to reduce the gospel to moral advice, emotional encouragement, or vague spirituality. The gospel is not primarily about what we do for God, but what God has done for us in Christ.

What a fun parade day!
We grilled up and served 2000 hot dogs to our community, all while dressing the part and spreading the word about vacation bible school!

We will wrap up our series in Jonah this Sunday. Message: The Character of Compassion (Jonah 4:5–11). God’s compassion is greater than our preferences, and He calls us to share His heart for the lost rather than resent His mercy.
