PART-TIME SECRETARY POSITION
The parish office of St. John Bosco and Immaculate Conception parishes is seeking a part-time secretary to assist in the office.

This position consists of a maximum of 15 hours per week to be worked Monday—Friday and the hours can be somewhat flexible.

Applicant must be able to complete the UKG hiring platform, the
Diocesan Safe Environment protocol and pass a background check.

All those who wish to participate in Mass as a Lector or Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion must attend the upcoming training session. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE TRAINING, PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE PRIOR TO THE TRAINING DATE.

Training for ALL NEW AND CURRENT Lectors will be on Tuesday, May 26th at 5:30pm in the church. The time has been updated from previous post.

Training for ALL NEW AND CURRENT Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion will be on Tuesday, May 5th at 6:00pm in the church.

Depending on questions, training should last about 1 hour.
