A team from Jacob’s Well recently returned from the first of two Builders for Christ (BFC) trips planned for this summer, traveling 12 hours to Logan, Ohio, to serve alongside volunteers helping expand Ebenezer Baptist Church.

Throughout the week, team members rolled up their sleeves and tackled a variety of projects. One major task involved demolishing an old baptismal located behind the church’s worship center and beginning the transformation of that space into two new offices. Others faithfully served behind the scenes in the kitchen, preparing and serving meals that helped keep the entire team going throughout the week.

We are thankful for everyone who participated in this first Builders for Christ trip and look forward to sending another team later this summer as we continue partnering together to help churches create more room for ministry and kingdom impact.
