It's time to let God's love cover all things in your life. All secrets. All hurts. All hours of evil minutes of worry.

The mornings you awoke in the bed of a stranger? His love will cover that. The years you peddled prejudice and pride? His love will cover that. Every promise broken, drug taken, penny stolen. Every cross word, cuss word, and harsh word. His love covers all things.

Let it. Discover along with the psalmist: "He...loads me with love and mercy" (Psalm 103:4). Picture a giant dump truck full of love. There you are behind it.. God lifts the bed until the love starts to slide. Slowly at first, then down, down, down until you are hidden, buried , covered with His love.

"Hey, where are you?" someone asks.
"In here, covered in love."

A legend from India tells about a mouse who was terrified of cats until a magician agreed to transform him into a cat. That resolved his fear…until he met a dog, so the magician changed him into a dog. The mouse-turned-cat-turned-dog was content until he met a tiger - so, once again, the magician changed him into what he feared. But when the tiger came complaining that he had met a hunter, the magician refused to help. “I will make you into a mouse again, for though you have a body of a tiger, you still have a heart of a mouse. “

Sound familiar? How many people do you know who have built a formidable exterior, only to tremble inside with fear?… We face our fears with force… or… we stockpile wealth. We seek security in things. We cultivate fame and seek status.

But do these approaches work?

Courage is an outgrowth of who we are. Exterior supports may temporarily sustain, but only inward character creates courage.

What an AMAZING day at our Kids’ Day Camp!

We are grateful for all God did today! We spent the day learning about Jesus walked on water and how we can always trust Him, no matter what we're facing.

The kids had an absolute blast enjoying the slip and slide, delicious food, fun games, lots of laughter, and making wonderful memories together!

But the greatest highlight of the day was this: Every child accepted the Lord Jesus into their heart! 🙌❤️ There is no greater joy than seeing young lives choose to follow Christ. We celebrate what God has done and pray that these precious children will continue to grow in their faith for years to come.

"Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." — Matthew 19:14

A huge THANK YOU to Elta Jaeger and Donna for helping us make this happen. To the parents and everyone who prayed, and helped make this day possible. Your love and service made an eternal difference.
To God be all the glory!

When you are confused about the future; go to your Jehovah-Raah, your caring Shepherd. When you are anxious about provision, talk to Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides. Are your challenges too great? Seek the help of Jehovah-Shalom, the Lord is peace. Is your body sick? Are your emotions weak? Jehovah-Rophe, the Lord who heals you, will see you now. Do you feel like a soldier stranded behind enemy lines? Take refuge in Jehovah-Nissi, the Lord my banner.

Meditating on the names of God reminds you of the character of God. Take these names and bury them in your heart.

God is
The Shepherd who guides,
The Lord who provides,
The Voice who brings peace in the storm,
The Physician who heals the sick, and
The Banner that guides the soldier.

How did Jesus endure the terror of the crucifixion? He went first to the Father with His fears. He modeled the words of Psalm 56:3: “When I am afraid, I will trust You.” Do the same with yours. Don’t avoid life’s Gardens of Gethsemane. Enter them. Just don’t enter them alone. And while there, be honest. Pounding the ground is permitted. Tears are allowed. And if you sweat blood, you won’t be the first. Do what Jesus did; open your heart.

And be specific. Jesus was. “Take away this cup,” He prayed (Luke 22:42). Give God the number of the flight. Tell Him the length of the speech. Share the details of the job transfer. He has plenty of time. He also has plenty of compassion.

He doesn’t think your fears are foolish or silly. He won’t tell you to “buckle up” or “get tough.” He’s been where you are. He knows how you feel.

And He knows what you need.

Just read this from my newsfeed...🙌

Judas is a reminder that betrayal does not always come from strangers.

Sometimes it comes from people who sat at your table.

People who knew your story.
Knew your struggles.
Heard your prayers.
Saw your kindness…

and still chose to hurt you.

Jesus walked beside Judas for years.

He shared meals with him.
Served him.
Loved him.
Trusted him enough to let him stay close.

Yet Judas still betrayed the Son of God with a kiss.

Think about that.

The greatest act of betrayal in history came disguised as affection.

That is why betrayal cuts so deeply.

Because the pain is not just about what happened.

It is about who did it.

The people we expected to protect our hearts…
sometimes become the ones who wound them most.

And if we are not careful, betrayal can change us.

It can make people cold.
Distrustful.
Bitter.
Guarded.

It can make them build walls so high that nobody gets close again.

But Jesus never allowed betrayal to poison His heart.

Even knowing Judas would betray Him, Jesus still washed his feet.

That says something powerful about the heart of God.

Because love is not proven by how we treat kind people.

Love is revealed by how we respond when people hurt us.

And maybe this is what someone needs to hear today:

What broke your heart did not escape God’s notice.

He saw every tear.
Every disappointment.
Every silent moment where you questioned why someone you loved could hurt you so deeply.

And just as God carried Jesus through betrayal…

He will carry you too.

Do not let the actions of broken people make you forget the faithfulness of God.

People may fail you.
Friends may disappoint you.
Even those closest to you may walk away.

But the Lord never will.

Scripture says:
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”

Not some wounds.

All of them.

So give God the hurt you have been carrying.

Because betrayal may have wounded your heart…

but it does not have to harden it.

God can still heal what people tried to break.

Facing our faults and dealing with them is a painful process. Generally speaking, people justify misbehavior. They allow their past and how they were raised to negatively affect the rest of their lives.

Our past may explain why we are suffering, but we must not use it as an excuse to stay in bo***ge.

Everyone is without excuse because Jesus stands ready to fulfill His promise to set the captives free. He will walk us across the finish line of victory in any area if we are willing to go all the way through it with Him.
