We've had six kids or youth from our congregation attend camp this summer at either Wesley Woods UM Camp or Lake Okoboji UM Camp, plus a young adult who volunteered for a week at Lake Okoboji UM Camp. We have been highlighting a camper each week for the past five weeks. Our featured campers this week are Ruby and Riggs who attended a day camp at Lake Okoboji UM Camp.

Join us for worship on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Pastor Mike will be continuing his sermon series about the Book of Revelation, and Linda C. and Betty P. will be sharing special music. We will also be partaking in communion. In the United Methodist Church, communion is open to anyone who would like a seat at God's table. You don't have to be a member of our congregation--or even United Methodist--to partake. Everyone is welcome! (Please note that we will still be on summer worship time of 9:30 a.m. this Sunday.)

North Central Jurisdiction Commission on Archives and History
2026 Convocation

The North Central Jurisdiction Commission on Archives and History 2026 Convocation will be held in Dubuque, Iowa, October 5 through October 8, 2026. Participating conferences include Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Northern Illinois. This event will include presentations, visits to local sites, and a road trip all related to the history of the United Methodist Church in the region. Archivists, historians, and others interested in United Methodist history should plan to attend. Watch for agenda. Registrations are due by September 21st.
