EDIT: It appears that scheduled work has been delayed to next weekend, maybe due to the heavy rains this morning. See everyone in the morning!!

We anticipate a great day of worshiping the Lord this Sunday, October 4, 2026! East Brainerd Road (in front of the church) has scheduled road work Saturday and Sunday which may affect your commute to BHBC on Sunday. We do not know the exact areas or scope of the work on East Brainerd Road. Please allow extra time for your commute. If you need an alternate route, see the map below.

We have an opportunity to serve and make an impact in the lives of local students! This Thursday, October 1, we’ll be at East Brainerd Elementary for Reading Night, a fun scavenger hunt-style event where students will visit stations and collect stamps on their maps.

We still need volunteers! Come serve our community, and invest in kids!

Life groups are a key aspect of our church community. We have many kinds of small groups that meet at different times and locations, so you can choose the one that works best for you! Most meet weekly in the home of a group member (usually the leader's home). We try to keep them limited to about 12 people. They begin meeting starting September 6th and continue to meet through spring.

No matter what season of life you may be in, there is a small group for you. You can sign up on our website at https://brainerdhillsbaptist.churchcenter.com/groups.

Whether you're new to Brainerd Hills or have been attending for a while, Discovering Brainerd Hills is a great opportunity to learn more about who we are and where God is leading us! Led by Pastor Mark Smith, this class includes teaching, table conversation, and group discussion as we explore BHBC's Vision, Mission, and six Core Values. This class has 4 sessions over the course of 4 weeks. Classes are offered on Wednesdays and Sundays. Registration is open for our Fall classes! We hope to see you there! https://brainerdhillsbaptist.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/3789191

This Sunday, Pastor Mark preached on how the Lord watches over us, provides for us, and leads us step by step. How great is it to have a God who leads us through this life and is there every step of the way!

Baby Dedication Day is coming up on Sunday, August 30th!

As a church family, we are committed to coming alongside these children and encouraging them as they grow in their faith. We are to love them and teach them what it means to follow Jesus. Join us as we celebrate this special moment and dedicate these little ones to the Lord!

The Future Is Now! 🙌

We're excited to share another update on our building project. We've officially started painting the back wall behind the stage, construction of the sound booth is underway, and we're one step closer to finishing all of the electrical work.

Every step brings us closer to the day we'll gather together in this new space. Thank you for your continued prayers, generosity, and support—we can't wait to see what God has in store!
