MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR CHRISTOPHER

Most of you know Chris and Cheri Lanham’s son, Christopher, passed away on August 20th, after a courageous battle with cancer. To honor and remember Christopher We are having a memorial service at Grace Baptist Church this Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 12:00 P.M Eastern Time. If you would like to send flowers or cards to the family the church will be open by 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on Saturday morning . There will be food for family and friends in the fellowship hall following the service.

Please join us this Easter Sunday, April 9th, at Grace Baptist Church as we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus. Sunday School starts at 10:00 ESDST and morning worship begins at 11:00 ESDST. Immediately following our worship service there will be a egg hunt for all children attending. There will be plenty of eggs. You are welcome to bring eggs, candy eggs preferably, but not required, but we have plenty so just bring your basket! Everyone welcome!

On March 12 Grace Baptist Church held a fund raiser for one of our loved ones, Christopher Lanham. Christopher is battling Soft Tissue Sarcoma Cancer. We just wanted to say a big thank you to all those that came out and helped to make that day such a success. Thanks to the musicians, Ricky and Davy Ruling. Thanks to Linda and Randy Sweeney for their generous help. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you to all those that baked cakes and cookies and other desserts. Thank you to those that donated things for the drawing. We had some happy winners. Thanks to Sue Bobs Restaurant and Smiths Ace Hardware for allowing us to leave donation jars on their counters. We just wanted to share with all that donated that God really blessed Christopher. We were able to raise $2,526.14.
You are appreciated and we couldn’t have done it without you. Thanks again for your love and support! Grace Baptist Church
