📖 New Members Class
Beginning Sunday, September 6 | 9:30 AM
During the Sunday School hour
Tomorrow, we start a three-week New Members Class during the 9:30 Sunday School hour. If you have been visiting FBC for a while and have considered church membership or have questions about what we believe or our strategy and mission, this is a great class for you!
Becoming part of a church family is about more than simply having your name on a membership list. It’s an opportunity to understand who we are as a church and what it means to commit ourselves to Christ and to His church.
Throughout the three weeks, we’ll discuss our church structure, beliefs, mission, strategies, partnerships, and what it means to faithfully follow Christ as a committed member of His church. We’ll also help you learn how to share your evangelistic testimony of how Jesus saved you from your sins and how he can save others in your circle of influence. It will also be an opportunity for you to learn more about your spiritual gifts and how God might use you to serve him in ministry.
You’ll also be able to ask questions, and we hope to have some good discussion together. I’d love to have you join us at 9:30 in the education building just past the cry room on the right. 😁
