Heart of God Charleston was birthed out of Heart of God Ministries, Beckley WV under the direction and leadership of Bishop Dr. Fred T. Pastor Tia Welch and Bro. Antron Welch serve as Pastor and Minister of Music respectively. The church held it's first service Sunday, June 5, 2016 at 10:45 a.m. at WVSU Capitol Theatre in downtown Charleston WV.
