Marline Carpenter and I attended the Tippo Methodist Church Ladies’ Luncheon Saturday. It was a very nice event with ladies from other denominations coming together to fellowship, enjoy delicious food, and hear the wonderful speaker, Mrs. Lynn Hardy.
Lynn was inspiring, and delightful as she shared her journey of so many serious and critical health issues from her childhood until this time in her life. Through it all she held on diligently to her faith in God, family, and friends!
Much appreciation goes to the pastor’s wife, Connie Branch. She and her helpers organized a beautiful luncheon. (…and she did it with an injured foot!)

Praise and worship today! The Holy Ghost visited us in a special way and blessed so mightily.
We were also very happy to have Mrs. Guest (Ryan Smith’s grandmother) visit us today. She is such a kind and beautiful lady.
It is always a joy to have Mallory Smith and the boys (Calvin and Shepherd) join us.
God has blessed us with singers and musicians! We are so proud of these guys.

Sometimes we are so blessed and privileged to have people join us on our journey of faith that are so amazing! For all holidays and special days at Paducah Wells Church, we have such a person as this!
Today, when I entered the church, there were a beautiful array of yellow roses on every pew. I knew in my heart who this caring, thoughtful person was that did this! We appreciate so much, Barbara Stevens, all you do in spreading love and kindness to your church family. We all love and appreciate you!

What a lovely day at Paducah Wells Church! We enjoyed a great message on “The Power of a Mother’s Love” by our pastor, using Hannah, Bathsheba, and Mary, the mother of Jesus as examples.
The sanctuary was filled with precious mothers and beautiful children and grandchildren to celebrate their moms. A gift was presented to each mother. There were 17 mothers present (16 pictured with one unable to come forward) and we love and appreciate each of them.
