We would like to extend a huge thank you to Love For Red, for helping us to provide free feminine hygiene products! Your generosity is extremely appreciated!

‼️🚨New Support Alert 🚨‼️
Love For Red donated over 2k products to
St. John Lutheran Church in Charles City, Iowa.

These products will be offered to students for free at various programs like the After School Program for children in Kindergarten-5th Grade, a Confirmation Program for those in 7th-9th Grade, a High School Youth Group for 9th-12 Grade, and Sunday School for Preschool-12th Grade. Between all of these programs they serve roughly 100 children/youth per week with about half of them being females.

It was a beautiful evening for the first night of Word and Wine! We thank Brenda Bailey for being such a wonderful host! July 7th at 5:30 will be the next meeting for any other women who would like to join us!

On this wonderful, Holy Trinity Sunday, we welcomed Melody into the Body of Christ, in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit! We also heard Jesus‘ command to go be teachers of God and gave apples to the kids and others to help them remember! Blessed Trinity Sunday!

Happy 60th Birthday to Pastor Russ! As a staff we came up with 60 things that we appreciate about Pastor Russ, inspired by Martin Luther's 95 Theses, and posted them on his door.

We celebrated Pentecost today by welcoming Dylan into the body of Christ! In the children’s sermon, we used balloons to learn about the Holy Spirit and in the sermon we gave thanks for all of the veterans who sacrificed for us so that we have the freedom to go and share God‘s love with others. A very blessed Sunday morning!🔥💨🔥💨❤️
