📖 The House of God — Psalm 132
Speaker: Pastor Fran Gilmore

What does it mean to prepare a dwelling place for the Lord?

Today Pastor Fran Gilmore shares from Psalm 132, where we read about David's desire to establish a dwelling place for God and the Lord's promise to dwell among His people.

Join us this morning as we worship together and open God's Word to consider the importance of His presence and the house of God.

We're glad to welcome John Troyer to Abiding Word Church this morning.
The Christian life is often compared to a race. Along the way, we face obstacles, distractions, and challenges that can make it difficult to keep moving forward.
But God calls us to run with endurance, keep our eyes on Jesus, and remain faithful to the course He has set before us.
Join us this morning as John shares a message titled “Winning the Race of Life” and encourages us to keep pressing forward in our walk with Christ.

Sometimes we can become so focused on what we're supposed to do as Christians that we lose sight of who we are in Christ.

Today Pastor Jason Bishop shares about the importance of abiding in Jesus and allowing our lives to flow out of our relationship with Him.

Jesus said that He is the vine and we are the branches. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit apart from the vine, we cannot produce the life God desires through our own strength.

It's not about trying harder to become something. It's about living from who we have become in Christ.

Join us this morning as we worship together and open God's Word.

Sunday Service at Abiding Word Church
📖 Earthen Vessels
Guest Ministry: Chris & Amy Fagan
We are excited to welcome Chris and Amy Fagan to Abiding Word Church this morning.
Scripture tells us that “we have this treasure in earthen vessels.” God chooses to work through ordinary people so that His power and glory can be seen through our lives.
Join us this morning as Chris and Amy share from God's Word and encourage us to be vessels God can use.
