October is Pastor Appreciation Month!

Behind every Sunday, every prayer, every conversation, and every life changed is someone faithfully answering God’s call.

This month, we’re celebrating our pastors at Chapin Christian and thanking God for the ways they lead, teach, encourage, disciple, and care for our church family. Each brings a unique calling and gifts to our church, and we’re better because of their faithful service.

To John, Jody, Jonathan, Natalie, and Bob, thank you for saying yes to God and for serving our C4 family so faithfully! We’re grateful for you and the ministry you pour into the lives of others.

Help us celebrate them! Leave a comment with a word of encouragement or share how one of our pastors has made a difference in your life.

You don’t have to save yourself. Jesus already did.

You can spend your whole life trying to fix yourself, overcome your past, or become good enough for God. But the good news of the Gospel is that Jesus came to do for us what we could never do for ourselves. He lived the life we couldn’t live, died the death we deserved, and rose again to defeat sin and death. His grace isn’t something you earn. It’s a gift you’re invited to receive.

You don’t have to clean up your life before coming to Jesus. Come to Him as you are, surrender your life to Him, and let Him make you new.

“Look to the Savior and live.”

Ready to take that step of faith? Text LIFE to 803-653-6600. We’d love to walk alongside you as you begin your journey with Jesus.

What if your work behind the scenes changed someone's life?

Those who serve behind the cameras are just as essential as those behind the pulpit. Romans 10:14-15 reminds us that someone has to send the message for people to hear it. Your tech team, your media crew, they have beautiful feet because they're spreading hope in Jesus to a lost world. Behind every Sunday is someone who said YES.

Yes to serving. Yes to using their gifts. Yes to helping create a space where people can encounter Jesus. But sometimes, the most important yes happens long before Sunday morning. It’s the yes of someone who said yes to Jesus for the very first time.

Every role matters. Every yes makes a difference. And every Sunday is an opportunity for someone to experience the love of Christ.

What’s your next yes?

Whether you’re ready to serve or taking your next step in faith, there’s a place for you here at Chapin Christian. Discover how you can get involved at chapinccc.org/serve

Majesty Met Grace: The Infinite God Who Came for You: Stop asking and start looking. Jesus, the One who holds galaxies together, whom angels worship, through whom everything exists, came for YOU.
