Over the weekend our volunteers were busy behind the scenes preparing Operation Christmas Child boxes for our congregation to take home and fill.

Now the boxes are going home with families, friends, and individuals from our church—each one with the opportunity to fill a box with gifts, prayer, and the love of Jesus for a child somewhere around the world.

It’s amazing what God can do with a box, a willing heart, and a little generosity.

Welcome to Celina First Church of God. We’re glad you’re joining us online today.

This morning will look a little different than a typical Sunday as Pastor Craig shares a message called “Blessed Challenges.” We’re taking some time to celebrate what God is doing in our church, talk honestly about the growth and challenges that have come with it, and look ahead at how we can faithfully steward what God has entrusted to us.

What a great way to kick off our first Men’s Breakfast of the fall!

This morning the Men enjoyed good food, great fellowship, and time together in God’s Word. 🙌

There’s something powerful about men coming together—not just to share a meal, but to encourage one another, challenge one another, and grow stronger in their walk with Christ.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

There are moments when we simply don’t know what to do next. When the answers aren’t clear. When our own strength runs out.

That’s where this verse hits differently.

God doesn’t ask us to manufacture strength we don’t have. He offers Himself as our strength.

Maybe today, trusting God doesn’t mean having it all figured out.

Maybe it simply means saying, “God, I need You.”

Welcome to our Wednesday Night Bible Study at Celina First. We’re kicking off a new study through the book of Ezra, simply opening God’s Word and working through the text together.

We’ll be using the NIV, and you really don’t need anything else besides your Bible. Our goal is to keep this basic, clear, and centered on instruction directly from Scripture.

One quick note: the livestream may begin a minute or two before we actually start, so if you see an empty room for a moment, no fears, we’ll show up.

Each week we’ll livestream the study and also post the audio version to our podcast feeds so you can easily catch up if you miss a week.

Good morning and welcome to Celina First. We are glad you are worshiping with us today.

Last week, we celebrated 110 years of God’s faithfulness as a church. And when we look back over 110 years, it is easy to see the hand of God. We can see how He provided, how He led, and how He remained faithful.
But trusting God while looking backward is different than trusting Him while looking ahead.

Today Pastor Craig is sharing a message called Trust, Wait, Worship. We will look at what it means to trust God when we cannot see the plan, to wait when His timing does not match ours, and to worship Him even while we are still waiting for the answer.

For many in our church family, this message comes in a particularly meaningful season. So wherever you are watching from today, our prayer is that God would use His Word to strengthen your faith and remind you that even when we cannot see what He is doing, He is still faithful.

As we get closer to kicking off a new fall season, we’ve been reflecting on some of our favorite moments from summer—and Kingdom Quest Vacation Bible School definitely made the list! 🏰✨

From the games and laughter to the friendships made and, most importantly, learning more about Jesus, it was a week we won’t soon forget. ❤️

We’re so thankful for every volunteer, every family, and every kid who made Kingdom Quest so special. What a joy it was to watch our church family come together and see kids discover that following Jesus is the greatest adventure of all! 🙌
