Sunday, July 26, our 10:30 AM service brings the conclusion of a multi-week series of messages on s"Stories of Transformation". This week, we wrap up the series by focusing on the characters of Abraham and Sarah, and how God transformed them into the father and mother of all who believe.

Please join us for this service, and stop in to our coffee hour afterwards. We love to welcome guests.

Great VBS week here at First Union Church. Over 50 children participated, with a volunteer team of up to 15 teens and adults. Seeds were sown and memories were made - all to God's glory. Thank you to Christine Cloud-O'Hare for her leadership in bringing this event to a successful conclusion.

VBS is in need of Snack supplies for Wednesday and Thursday. If you are able to donate any of these items we would greatly appreciate it.

Following is what we need for:

Wednesday treats:
Rainforest Refuge:
*Graham crackers
4 boxes (19 servings/box)
*Vanilla frosting - dyed green 2 containers
*Coconut flakes- dyed green 1 large bag
*Green licorice whips or something like that

Ocelot Spots:
*Vanilla pudding cups 75
19 4 packs or 13 6 packs
*Cinnamon
*Nutmeg
*3 x 5 cards with holes punched

*Drink of the day

Thursday Treats:
Ants on a Branch:
*Pretzel logs 2 or 3 2 # bags
(depending on how many are in each container.)
Need total 75 pieces
*Nutella 2 - 7 ounce jars
*Raisins 2 - 2 # bags
-need 8 (@ 1/4 cup) per pretzel (1 bag contains 45 1/4 cup servings)

Monkey Munch:
*Rice Chex - family size box
1/2 cup in each cup
(Need @ 40 cups)
*Chocolate Chips - 1 large bag
1/4 cup in each cup
*Banana Chips - 2 or 3
one # bags
1/4 cup in each cup
