SOUND BATH

Please join us on Wednesday evening at September 9th at 6pm for Sound Bath.

This evening is time for you to set aside one hour and just let go of things that no longer serve you.

If you are not familiar with this, this is what to expect. You may sit in chairs or pews. You may lay in pews if that serves you better. You may bring blankets and lay on the floor. We would like you to get comfortable and just enjoy the sounds and breathe.

For one hour, you will be able to take in that moment and meditate, relax, or drift off, and it could be all three.

This event is free, but you may give a donation. No reservations are needed, but please be prompt. The evening starts at 6 pm, and we ask all cell phones to be on silent or off for everyone to have the best experience.
