There is a spirit that doesn’t pull people away from God overnight, it slowly numbs their reverence for Him.

Apathy convinces us that familiarity is enough. We become comfortable around holy things, yet untouched by them. We hear truth without responding, enter His presence without surrendering, and settle for routine instead of relationship.

Ultimately, apathy replaces reverence with familiarity. You start to treat holy things casually.

May we never lose our awe of God. May the fear of the Lord burn in our hearts, and may His presence never become common to us 🔥

Today we honor a man who has continually said, “Yes Lord, whatever You say, I will do.”

Pastor Hunter has faithfully sacrificed for the work of the ministry, submitted himself to the will of the Father, and the leadership of this house. He has led Passion Church Prescott Valley with the presence of God which has impacted so many lives. We have witnessed the obedience, the faithfulness, and the unseen moments, we honor you.

Happy Birthday, Pastor Hunter! May the Lord continue to strengthen you, bless you, and use you for His glory 🥳
