Church was found in Marana, AZ by Pastor Felipe Ibarra in 1986. It was then moved and pastored by Eliu Ibarra in Eloy, AZ from 1989 to 2001 where it was then handed over to Pastor Josue P. Ibarra and his wife Leeann Ibarra. Fountains was then located in Eloy where it quickly outgrew the building under Pastor Josue. He then moved it to the Santa Cruz Auditorium, to the Lutheran Church building in

Az city, AZ to the Arizona City Elementary School building, briefly meeting at then Glad Tidings Church, to the Tanger location until we finally planted at the current location in CG on 518 E. 2nd St. Pastor Josue taught that the Lord wants to manifest Himself through every believer and extend His reach passed the walls of the church. Pastor Josue’s heart wanted for everyone to know that God’s Love and Grace are real and extend farther than their deepest failures. His motto was “Grace changes everything” and His life demonstrated God’s love in every situation to all people everywhere. At Josue’s passing in January of 2021, it was with great sadness that his brother Eliu Ibarra returned to the position of Senior Pastor of Fountains of Living Water. Our vision hasn’t changed and we do not shrink back from the message both these pastors teach. God is still God and we will “thrive and not just survive” going forward.
