The Tabernacle Baptist Church Grilling Team is a faithful group of servants who use their time and talents to grill and smoke BBQ in support of church activities. Led by Brad Smith, along with Shae Farmer, Marc Cole, and Albert Sailers, this team prepares and serves meals for church gatherings and special occasions throughout the year. They also raise funds through the bi-annual Charlie Storey BBQ Fundraiser.

What makes this ministry especially effective is the willingness of team members to serve wherever needed! Anyone who has sampled their product knows they are talented, but the fellowship they share in preparation and service makes this team truly special.

The Lord’s Supper Team faithfully serves behind the scenes to help prepare and facilitate one of our church's most meaningful ordinances. Through their careful planning and servant-hearted ministry, they help ensure that each observance of the Lord’s Supper is conducted with reverence and order. This team, led by Kevin and Rhonda Moon, prepares the communion elements, sets up and arranges the serving tables and trays, maintains needed supplies, and oversees cleanup and storage following each service. They also assist with communion preparations for special worship gatherings throughout the year, including Easter, Christmas, and other significant occasions. While much of their work takes place out of sight, their ministry plays an important role in supporting our worship and allowing our pastoral staff to focus on leading the congregation through this sacred time of remembrance and reflection.

Our students had a great time at IMPACT last week! God moved in their lives in a big way as they learned about the importance of being disciples. Keep praying for our students as they head into the rest of the summer! ☀️
