Second half of Day 1, and my heart is still pondering it all over and over.

We started in the worship breakout hearing from the Jesus Image team, Steffany Gretzinger, and Tiffany Hudson. Again and again, the message was simple: the beauty of Jesus in the secret place. He is the reward. He is the secret, and He is the key.

Then we had the honor of meeting Pastor Michael and thanking him for everything. Jesus Image has forever marked our lives. The consistent language of this house is that Jesus is beautiful, and you will never come to the end of knowing Him. There is always more.

Consumer Christianity has an end. Without the cross, it cannot stand. But we were made for fellowship with God and worship of the King of Kings.

The evening ended hearing again from Brother Yun and Pastor Peter, who suffered alongside each other and served Christ faithfully through imprisonment and persecution. Truly being tortured for their faith.

As we drove back to the hotel, one phrase kept running through my heart:

“Tread lightly.”

Not to simply hear these things and move on. Not to treat holy things as common.

This feels like standing before a burning bush. We want to come near, remove our shoes, and recognize that the voice speaking is the Lord.

Lord, keep our hearts tender. Let us never lose our wonder.

Fewww as promised here is Day 1 of the Pastor’s Conference, and what a day it was. I had to break it up into two parts so here is the first half of the day.

Marked. Changed. Prayerfully never the same.

Today we heard from Brother Yun, a man who truly bears the marks of persecution and suffering for Christ. He shared stories of God’s faithfulness that sound straight out of the book of Acts—broken legs healed, prison doors opening, and the Lord miraculously answering the prayers of young disciples who had been given a vision of his release before it happened.

What struck me most was his joy. Again and again, he dropped to his knees in worship as he shared. Then he led us all in singing:

“I have decided to follow Jesus, no turning back, no turning back.”

We sang it over and over.

I’m left speechless.

Lord, don’t let us take holy things as common. Give us hearts that treasure Your presence, obey Your voice, and follow You no matter the cost. 🔥✝️

Next, we heard from the Dean of divinity from Regent university. Absolutely blown away by the continual depth of wisdom and humility and exhortation that comes from him each time we sit under his teachings

Just humble to be in the room, friends. Again, what a gift.

Day 2 in Florida for the Jesus Image Pastor’s Conference☀️

Started early in the morning in the Bethany Room, Jesus Image’s prayer room! Spent the rest of the open day getting to play a round of golf together. Then ended the evening at at a dinner put on by Pastor Molly and Jay for everyone who could come.

Last night was such a gift. We shared a meal, worshiped together, prayed for one another, and connected with pastors and leaders from Virginia, Alabama, Seattle, Texas, and England—all with a deep love for Jesus and a desire to burn for Him. 🙌🔥

The Kingdom is bigger than we often realize, and it is beautiful to see what God is doing across the nations.

Our first day of traveling to Orlando, Florida for the Jesus Image Pastors Conference. 🙏🎥

We plan to make one of these each day and bring you along with whatever the Lord has in store for us. From the travel moments to the sessions, conversations, and everything in between—I’m excited to share the journey.

What a gift this is. We’re expectant, grateful, and here to exalt the mighty name of Jesus!
