Ask a canon lawyer your questions about annulments! On Sunday, November 16, at 3 p.m. at the Newman Center in Carbondale, Reverend Paul Wienhoff, J.C.L, will speak about the process of getting a marriage annulled and why people with previous marriages need to go through the annulment process before remarrying or joining the Catholic Church. Everyone is welcome to attend, so please join us and invite others who may be interested!

The Council of Chalcedon in 451 AD answered some important questions about who Jesus is: fully human? fully divine? Why not both!?! On Sunday October 19 at 1:30pm, join us and SIU professor Dr. Michelle Freeman as she explain the significance of this debate then and now. We will have lunch available after the noon Mass to help get us through the afternoon, so plan on staying around to learn about how the early Church shaped our Catholic faith and Catholic theology!
