With heavy hearts, yet with full assurance in Christ, we share that Pastor Phil fought the good fight and finished his race this morning.
While we deeply grieve the loss of our shepherd and friend, we also rejoice in the promise that he is now in the presence of our Heavenly Father, healed and whole. What a faithful servant he has been, and what a legacy he leaves behind.
During this sacred and tender time, we ask that you continue to cover the Roop family in prayer.
As they begin to walk through these first moments of grief and make necessary arrangements, we lovingly ask that you allow them the space and privacy they need to rest, process, and be together as a family.
One of the greatest gifts we can offer them right now is our prayers, our unity, and our patience. The pastoral team will communicate details and updates as they become available.
In the days ahead, we will gather as a church family to honor and celebrate Pastor Phil’s life, his leadership, and the countless lives changed through his ministry.
Thank you for loving him so well and for continuing to stand together during this time.
