This Wednesday, September 9th, is BLAST Kids and Youth Group Rally Night! ✨ BLAST and Youth kids, parents, teachers, helpers, and volunteers are to meet in the sanctuary for orientation to kick off the new year! ⭐️ We start at 6pm! ⏰ It will be followed by an open house-style time to check out the new addition, find classrooms, and meet the teachers & helpers. 🙌🏼 BONUS.. there will be ice cream afterwards! We are so excited for another year with all of the children. Please continue to pray for our children's ministry and our new building area. See you this Wednesday!🍦✨

BLAST Kids: Our Wednesday Night Ministry for kids ages 3 through grade 5. We come together on Wednesday nights at 6pm and learn lessons from the Bible, play games, have snacks, sing songs, and memorize Bible verses. Youth Groups: Designed to help young people grow in their knowledge of God and make wise decisions for their lives! The Middle & High School years are formative. Students are making important decisions about their identity, their beliefs, and their friends. Our Youth Groups are here to help young people on this journey! Both Trailblazers (6th - 8th) & Kingdom Builders (9th - 12th) meet weekly on Wednesday nights from 6 - 7:45 PM. Please note, children are welcome to join BLAST/Youth at any time throughout the year. This program begins in September and concludes at the end of April. Invite your neighbors, friends, and family if your family has had a great experience at Cross Pointe Church! 🙌🏼

Move up Sunday is today, August 30th! The Check-In Station for Children’s Church will automatically move your kids to the class they will be attending for the 2026-2027 school year! ⭐️ This will occur for children ages 4 years old up to 5th grade. Please reach out to Nancy Cooper or Jill Larson if your child's name tag is not correct. ✏️ Also, be sure to drop them off in the correct room if their place has changed! ☺️ We look forward to another year of fun; learning, and memories with all of the great Cross Pointe kids! 💛

This VBS we are raising money and donations again for Operation Christmas Child ✨ All donations can be brought until Thursday of this week (our last day). The children have a goal of 500 items! Each dollar donated can also count as one single item towards their goal. 🎁 If you're not sure what to purchase, check the comments below for ideas! All donations must be able to fit in a shoebox. Thank you for your consideration and help with our mission! 🙏🏼

VBS is June 28th through July 2nd from 5:30-8:15 PM. On Sunday, June 28th, kids and their families are invited to an early kick-off picnic dinner, with food served at 4:15 PM, followed by the opening assembly at 5:15 PM.

Each class has a designated color-coded t-shirt available for purchase when you register. To know which class they are in, we encourage them to wear them each day. You can register your child for their age assigned class at this link: https://cp-church.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/3405544

In a world filled with worry and confusion, kids need to know there is a God who cares for them. At Emerald Crossing VBS, the kids will get to know the God who created them and cares for them in the powerful words of the 23rd Psalm.

They will discover the life of the Shepherd-King David and will learn how to cross from anxiety to peace, from fear to faith, and from uncertainty to a firm foundation in God’s Word through a relationship with the Good Shepherd.

Kids will gather at the Emerald Isle Assembly for lively songs and daily drama. Then they will rotate through fun sites featuring games, creative snacks, Bible lessons, crafts, and opportunities to explore God’s world through science experiments. Along the way through Ireland’s lush landscapes, they will learn to connect the Bible to their everyday lives.

Happy Mother's Day! 🌸 It is a blessing to have a church full of families and many children! Thank you mothers for your serving hearts and dedication. May God be ever present in your hearts and lives, filling you with all you need in your very important role! 🙏🏼✨

That's a wrap! 💥 We completed our 2025-2026 BLAST year on Wednesday nights and WOW that was a lot of fun (as always)! We couldn't do this without all of our ✨AMAZING✨ volunteers and staff. Let's give them a big THANK YOU for their dedication and love for our children! Our kids are growing and learning God's word! What a true blessing. We look forward to September when we can start all over again! Please pray for these children and that their hearts would grow a true love for the Lord. 🙏🏼 Here's a look back at photos from this year! 💛
