What an incredible way to close out October! 🙌🙏❤️

What a wonderful and blessed month we have had! We began October with our Pastor, Brother Merlin Swan, joining us to preach a powerful message. What a blessing it was to witness four precious souls follow the Lord in baptism that Sunday!

After Brother Cook being away for a couple of weeks, he returned to the pulpit today, refreshed and on fire for the Lord! And what a glorious day it was as we celebrated another baptism! Five baptisms this month! To God be ALL the glory! 🙌❤️

We also want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our wonderful church family for honoring Brother Cook during Pastor Appreciation Month. Your love, kindness, prayers, and thoughtfulness mean more to us than words could ever express.

Thank you to each and every one of you for all you do, not only for us but for the ministry and one another. It is truly an honor and a privilege to serve as your pastor and pastor’s wife. We are so thankful that God has placed us here among such a loving and faithful church family.

We love and appreciate you all more than you know! ❤️

We are excited to see what God has in store for our church in the days ahead!

To God be the glory for the great things He has done! 🙏🙌❤️

Psalms 107:1: O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

Thank you to everyone for your prayers, phone calls, and text messages. I apologize for not getting back to everyone personally! This has been the most eventful week of our lives!!! Brother Cook is home and recovering well, he is just sore at this point. We literally went from one hospital to the other.

Now, we get to share the greatest news of all…here is our Little Miss Sophia Mae…she is so precious!!!!! Mom, baby and dad are all doing well. They are an adorable little family. I now understand why they are called GRANDchildren…she is Grand!!!

Again, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! Your prayers are what carried us through this week. We love and appreciate you all!!!

Love,
Sister Cook
