Sometimes the network's ministry looks like a room full of people, a whiteboard, and a few hours spent learning together.

Kyle recently spent time with leaders in Dalhart for a training on biblical care, training the church in how to faithfully walk alongside people in the hard and complicated places of life with wisdom, compassion, and the hope of the gospel!

We believe healthy churches are filled with people who know how to care for one another well. We’re grateful for opportunities like this to come alongside churches, equip their leaders, and help them grow in health as they make disciples in their communities.

And through ordinary moments like these, we trust God to do what only He can do... strengthen His church and form His people more and more into the image of Christ!

The mission is too important to do alone!

The Redeemer Network Conference is a chance to step out of the day-to-day, remember why the mission matters, and learn alongside other churches and leaders who are laboring toward the same thing: healthy churches multiplying the gospel.

Join us October 5-7 in Austin for the 2026 Redeemer Network Conference!

What’s next for the Redeemer Network?

More leaders to train! More churches to plant and renew! More opportunities to give, serve, pray, and participate in what God is doing!

As we close Season 3 of the Redeemer Network Podcast, we’re looking ahead with a lot of expectancy...not because bigger numbers are the goal, but because every new church represents the opportunity for more people to know and follow Jesus.

In our season finale, Jordan Elder, Brandon Barker, and Sarah Kiriacon reflect on what God is doing across our churches, what has us excited about the future, and why we believe the mission is worth giving our lives to.

Episode 7: “What’s Next?” is out now wherever you listen to podcasts.

What happens when worship leaders across a network of churches start writing and creating together?

Redeemer Network Music is growing out of that kind of collaboration...worship leaders from across the Network sharing songs, sharpening one another, and creating music for the local church. And there’s more coming soon, including new song releases from Redeemer Network Music!

At our conference this October, we’ll get to sing some of these songs together as a family of churches.

Come hear what God is producing through collaboration across the network and, even better, come worship Jesus together with us this fall! Link in our bio!

A worship leader’s job is to lead worship…right?

Well, yes. But there’s a whole lot packed into those two words!

From shepherding a team to choosing songs that put truth in the mouths of God’s people, worship leaders are helping shape the worship and theology of a church every single week.

So what does it actually look like to do that well...and how can the rest of us help?

Jordan Elder and Chris Mallonee get into it on Episode 6 of the Redeemer Network Podcast: We Support Worship Leaders.

Maybe your next step in ministry is somewhere in the Redeemer Network.

Churches across our network are looking for people to join their teams, and right now, there are opportunities for worship and creative leaders who want to use their gifts in service of the local church!

One of the gifts of being a network is getting to help connect great people with healthy churches doing faithful gospel ministry in communities across the country.

If you’re considering what God might have next for you, or you know someone who should be, check out the job openings page on our website and see where there might be an opportunity to join the work.

Worship leaders do more than lead songs. They help shape the way our churches understand, remember, and respond to the gospel week after week!

That’s why we believe supporting and developing healthy worship leaders matters.

In Episode 6 of the Redeemer Network Podcast, Jordan Elder and Chris Mallonee talk about the unique calling of worship leaders, the challenges they face, and how churches can intentionally invest in them for healthy, long-term ministry.

"We Support Worship Leaders" is out now wherever you listen to podcasts!

When we say the Redeemer Network supports pastors, we mean much more than checking in every now and then!

Support means walking alongside pastors through every season of ministry.

It means answering difficult phone calls.
It means helping churches navigate crisis.
It means providing wise counsel when leadership gets complicated.
It means gathering pastors for retreats where they can be encouraged and refreshed.
It means equipping entire ministry teams through our annual conference.
And sometimes, it simply means reminding a pastor that they don't have to carry the weight alone.

Healthy churches are led by healthy pastors.

That's why support isn't an extra ministry of the Redeemer Network, it's one of our core commitments!

1 in 4 pastors regularly think about quitting ministry. Not because they don't love Jesus.bNot because they don't love the church. But because ministry carries unique pressures that most people never see! Pastors often live with constant expectations, difficult conversations, emotional burdens, criticism, and the weight of leading people faithfully through every season of life.

That's one of the reasons the Redeemer Network exists. We don't just want to plant healthy churches, we want to help pastors lead faithfully for the long haul!
