One of our favorite parts of yesterday’s Church Health Workshop in Borger was hearing the conversations around the room. Pastors, ministry leaders, and teams asked honest questions, talked through challenges, and considered what pursuing health could look like in their own churches.

These are people who love Jesus and His church, and many are carrying a lot! We’re grateful for the opportunity to come alongside them, open God’s Word, and encourage one another in the work He has entrusted to us.

Would you join us in praying for these leaders and churches? We are asking God to renew their strength, give them wisdom for their next steps, and surround them with people who will help carry the load!

We want to see pastors raised up, cared for, and sent out.

We want to see churches grow healthier, leaders strengthened, and new churches planted in places that need the gospel.

We want to hear more stories of people meeting Jesus because a church was there, a pastor stayed faithful, a leader was equipped, or a family chose to live on mission.

That’s the vision behind Multiply the Mission.

What does a healthy church actually look like?

And how do you know where your church is strong, where it may need to grow, and what faithfulness looks like in the next season?

We’re gathering in Borger, Texas on October 26th for a Church Health Workshop designed for pastors, ministry leaders, and church members who want to think intentionally about the health of their church.

Together, we’ll look at a biblical vision for healthy churches and work through practical ways to identify strengths, growth areas, and meaningful next steps.

This isn’t about becoming a bigger or more impressive church. It’s about becoming a healthier one...deeply rooted in the gospel, established in faithful ministry, and sent into the mission God has given us!

Who are you asking God to save? What are you asking God to do in and through your church?

Those questions have stayed with us.

It can be easy to pray for what feels manageable, likely, or close at hand. But we pray to the God who parts seas, brings dry bones to life, opens prison doors, calls dead men out of their graves, and raised Jesus Christ from the dead.

So keep asking!

Ask Him to move in your church.
Ask Him to give you a deeper love for your city.
Ask Him to bring specific people to mind.
Ask Him to save.

There is nothing we are asking Him to do that is beyond His power.

May we be people who keep crying out to God and keep believing He is able to do more than we can imagine.

"The Lord has not called us to be impressive. The Lord has called us to be faithful. And the desire we have is not for the world to look at us and go, 'Man, you crushed it. You killed it. Look how good you are.' It is for us to one day hear Him say, 'Well done my good and faithful servant. You ran the race I set before you.'"

As we head home to our churches, neighborhoods, and everyday work, this is our prayer: that we would enjoy King Jesus and faithfully follow wherever he leads.

That’s a wrap on Redeemer Network Conference 2026!

What a gift to be together and sing to King Jesus, open His Word, learn from one another, and ask Him to do what only He can do in our churches and cities.

There is so much to celebrate in what God has done. And there is so much we are still asking Him to do!

As we head home, let’s keep praying for one another. Keep sharing what we’re learning. Keep asking God to save our neighbors, raise up leaders, and multiply healthy churches.

We get to be part of this together. Let’s keep going!

Day two was full of learning and conversation, but some of the sweetest moments were spent praying together. Bringing our churches before the Lord, asking Him to grow our love for Him and for the people He’s sent us to.

Today’s breakouts have already been incredible! So grateful for humble leaders who shared what they’re learning, what they’re trying, and how they’re seeing God at work in their churches!

It's a gift to learn from one another, encourage each other, and share in the mission together.

We’re leaving with resources, ideas, and a lot to be thankful for!
