How do we lead with wisdom in difficult seasons?
How do we cultivate a church culture shaped deeply by the gospel?

The Redeemer Network Church Renewal Residency was created for those questions!

This 10-month residency is designed for leaders seeking to cultivate healthy churches through seasons of:
• revitalization
• replanting
• leadership transition
• organizational change
• renewed missional focus

The residency is free of charge, but it requires intentional commitment and engagement!

Because healthy churches matter. And healthy churches become places where people can truly encounter the beauty of the gospel.

Why do we assess church planters?

Because planting healthy churches requires more than vision. It requires spiritual maturity. Resilience. Healthy marriages and families. A deep love for people. Faithfulness to the gospel. The ability to make disciples and lead others well.

This week, our Assessment Conference begins as we gather to prayerfully discern and develop future church planting leaders. We’re grateful for the opportunity to come alongside leaders in this process, not just to evaluate them, but to encourage, strengthen, and support them for the long haul.

Study after study shows that new churches are more effective at reaching people who aren't currently part of a church.

A parent hearing the gospel for the first time... a marriage being restored... a child growing up in a home shaped by the truth of who God is...

This is why we plant churches! Because when someone meets Jesus, it doesn’t just change them. It changes their family. And over time, it shapes generations!

The same declaration: I belong to Christ.

This is why we give our lives to church planting.

Because when churches are planted, the gospel goes to new places, new people hear, and new life begins.

This isn’t just happening in one place. God is doing this across our network.

So we pray...for a real move of God, for the gospel to be preached, for hearts to be changed, and for churches to be strengthened!

Across our network, God has connected leaders who are serving our churches, not just from the stage, but by helping shape the culture, theology, and direction of worship. Because the Redeemer Network isn’t just about supporting lead pastors...it’s about strengthening the whole church!

Imagine more of this: churches not just doing ministry, but helping each other do it better!

Last week, the mobilization team from one of our network churches jumped in with another network church’s staff to train them in simple gospel-sharing tools and building a culture of invitation.

This is the kind of multiplication we’re after:
leaders developing leaders,
churches strengthening churches,
and more people being invited into the story of Jesus.
