Patricia Anne Banks of Brownwood, Texas passed from death into life on April 28, 2026. She is survived by many family and friends by whom she was dearly loved. She taught private piano in Fort Worth Texas for nearly 20 years and was a teaching fellow and adjunct professor of music at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She retired as an associate professor of music from Howard Payne University. Upon her retirement from teaching, she served as a Deacon at St. John's Anglican Church in Brownwood, and at Holy Trinity Church in Eastland, Texas. She worked as a Hospice Chaplain and a volunteer Chaplain at Brownwood Regional Hospital. Services will be held May 23, 2026 at 11am, St John’s Anglican Church in Brownwood, Texas.

She will be missed by all who knew her, but she is now praising her Lord around His throne.

We do not grieve as others do who have no hope. 1 Thessalonians 4:13
