Our Annual Community Outreach/ Back to School Day was more than we expected. A special thank you to the Outreach Team, to all who assisted with set up & break down , cooking, City Council office , evangelism , community Board #1 and #3, 81st precint, Sub shop, our corner bodega, primerica, mister softie, a host of other agencies who shared info on employment opportunities , rent control, educational programs, immigration and etc.
Our neighbors who stopped by to help serve and our youth who was on duty. Thank you all so much. What a day.

This Saturday, August 22nd, Fountain will be hosting its annual Back to School Outreach in front of the church. Please come out and bring your neighbors, family and the community to not only get school supplies, but also health information and other important things like a FREE Mammogram screening!

There is no cost to the individual, AND, after the screening, you may be eligible to get a FREE Mammogram at a later date! You DO NOT need insurance and your immigration status is not impacted!

FREE Mammogram screenings will take place on this Saturday, August 22nd from 11am- 2:00pm in front of FCC, 11 Marcus Garvey Blvd, Brooklyn, NY 11206. The mammogram screening assessments are sponsored by Warriors Against Recurrence, and you can schedule your assessment appointment in advance using this link: mt48.org/llvzqx
